The Mummy :Tomb of the Dragon Emperor
Explorer Rick O’Connell, played by actor Brendan Fraser returns to the silver screen in another installment of The Mummy series. Unlike the previous films, the mummy or the villain is a resurrected Han Emperor played by Jet Li who was tricked into suspended animation by a sorceress. Alex O’Connell, Rick O’Connell’s son, played by Luke Ford, is tricked in awakening China’s ruthless Dragon Emperor and his 10,000 warriors from their 2,000 year slumber. Together with his son Alex, his wife Evelyn Carnahan O’Connel, played by Maria Bello and her brother Johnathan Carnahan, played by John Hannah venture through the Far East to thwart the sinister Dragon Emperor.
The film will be released this 1st of August 2008 world wide. This PG-13 rated movie will keep audiences at the edge of their seats with its action packed fight scenes and mystifying special effects. So for all those mummy fans, be sure to watch this movie. It a guaranteed block buster.
